In our spirit of support of the micro-economy and belief in its robust impact on the gloabl economy, we have decided to offer an "at arm's length" opportunity to private entrepreneurs. The opportunity will be administered as indicated below by the actual blended energy suppliers from who the participants will be paid directly or through their PIA Bank S.A. accounts.
We are bringing your attention to opportunities for private individuals within PIA Bank S.A. which might be of interest to current employees or retired employees. In 2001, we set up a network of home based business distribution for our energy production on two levels:
1)individuals could sell discounted electricity from their home to friends, neighbours, relatives and through internet promotion using the discount to encourage a change to our wholesale suppliers who already received the discount from us; 2) private industrial consultants could
sell our contracts on commission to wholesale energy suppliers (our object here is to absorb all of the Enron energy contracts and largely transfer them the Powergen or another wholesaler as the base of our energy revenues which will subsequently extend to include all of the
remote global regions through a satellite program). We can set up a similar product distribution line for any of the licenses.
As a bank, there are opportunities at the trustee and governor level as well as in the fiduciary accounts. At the US$28 billion level of designated controlled capital, we will review applications for governor or trustee and make appointments at our discretion at the appropriate level based on the review process. These opportunities are open to both individuals and institutions. The second level gives the entity director the status and rights of a manager of assets (we provide certain certifications and network opportunities in finance) at US$20
million level which can be either an individual or an agregate. The director of the agregate will be empowered as the manager. This is the new emerging global economy. Our homebase at present is the Rhine Palatinate as defined by the German speaking areas in:Belgium, France,
Germany and Luxemburg with cultural extensions to the east setting up a network from the Atlantic to the Pacific. We promote our development and new financial products based upon globally traded asset based collateral and its use in promoting venture capital projects. We do so
based on our definition of trading blocks or hubs. While much of our current activity is tied to Luxemburg and fiduciary law, it is possible that the bank will be based in a country with a strong mercantile banking system and stable political system with marked interests in global marketing.
